how u see the world from God's perspective
depth of understanding of God's principles
just some of things that come into my mind

think sound thinking is very impt

understanding is emphasis in proverbs

can read psalm 32:9 also mentioned shortly about it

understanding involves understanding God's word..too

yah i think i'm weak in understanding God's Word...

well..see the benefits of it...and u will want to do it

i do it because i want to be sound

see God soundly

sound understanding helps us in being firm

if not some smooth talking ppl can easily shake us

tink i get it... understanding involves seeing the HEART, the REASON behind why we do the things we do... why God's Word's say this or tt...
